Scott and his team in the Service Dept went above and beyond in getting our 2025 Ford E350 repaired. We had a transmission failure on the first long trip we went on. His team got the problem diagnosed, ordered a replacement transmission, and had the trans installed in a couple of days after it arrived. I forgot to mention that our Ford E350 is a Class C Forest River motorhome, that other Ford dealers declined to do the warranty work on. Great job Scott and thanks for keeping me informed as the job progressed.

Same great service on second F150 and perfect score on new set of tires with no tire pressure sensor faults. Definately better than the last place that I had taken all my vehicals to. I will be bringing all future F150 service to Jay Hodge Ford. Thanks

Morrilton was a rollercoaster of frustration, miscommunication, and ultimately, one positive resolution. I had my 2021 F250 with a 6.7L diesel engine towed to Jay Hodge Ford after it broke down on Monday, 10/7, during a family trip from North Georgia to Bentonville, AR. There were multiple issues with communication, especially with my service advisor, Chase. Initial trouble codes showed issues with an injector and an O2 sensor. They replaced both, but the truck wouldn’t build fuel pressure. On Thursday, 10/10, at 4:35 pm, Chase informed me the entire fuel system needed replacement due to contamination from a failing high-pressure pump. I was told parts were in stock, and the job would take three days. I opted to send my family home in a rental car and stayed in Bentonville for a few ext

I had my 2020 ford F250 towed to them while out of town. They threw parts at it until I had it towed back home to my mechanic that fixed it. After misdiagnosis, leaving parts off my truck just for my mechanic to get my truck back together to find out that jay hodge tried cranking my truck so many times while having a fuel issue they ruined my batteries and my starter. This is also after they charged me nearly $500 to not fix my truck and leave a nasty inner fender well in the back seat of my truck instead of putting it back on the truck. Very poor mechanics.

Doing business here was so refreshing. The team here has built a wonderful culture and you can feel it when you arrive. Special shout out to Michael for being honest and straightforward. This is how car buying is suppose to be.
