I just want give a huge shout out to AJ and his crew at Jay Motorz. I’m from Oklahoma and they had a vehicle that was rather rare that I have been looking for in that exact color scheme for a while. They went above and beyond to show me all of the details of the car over the phone since I am so far away. They arranged paperwork and shipping of the car to me. The car arrived in even better shape than I thought it would be in and they stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process while the car was awaiting shipping. I cannot recommend these guys enough and we’ve purchased multiple vehicles from many miles away and I have never experienced the professionalism and care that they expressed. I purchased a car from AJ in December of last year. The process was straightforward, and he was upfront and no BS throughout the process. He completed some additional work at no cost to me before delivering the car to me at work down in Eugene. Every time I have had any questions about anything related to my vehicle, he has texted or called back promptly, even all these months later. Yesterday (Sunday) morning, I had an unidentified issue pop up as I drove home from Seattle. He quickly returned my text and told me to bring my car straight into the shop, even though I didn't make it to Portland until the afternoon.
