Hello my name is Chris I’ve been coming to j &b automotive for almost two years they have been very good to me. Up tell today. I have been sitting outside their shop for a hour now and was finally greeted by an employee. To only be told they were “out of ink” he would have to go get it from the store. I have waiting here because I was told they would be done with lunch in 20 minutes. Well they still have not helped me and I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for an employee to get back with ink for a printer. A little customer service goes a long ways.

Got an alignment for a lower price than I've seen in the area and it was done pretty quickly. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The waiting room was cool and comfortable even though it's over 100 degrees outside.

Don't come here. I've ask how much for a Cherokee 2004 oil pan replace easily $500+ .. charging like a dealership. Minus well go to a dealership with warranty. & I was asked ( it could take 8hrs or 12hrs ) cool but how do I know you did 5hrs & want to charge me 12hrs. Just don't come here.

I've been using JB Auto Sales and Garage for my auto repair needs for the last six years and have never been disappointed. They are good mechanics. They do great work with very fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair with a five star rating.

This place has great service for a reasonable price. They changed my radiator and got my car fixed in a short time. I would recommend this place for auto repairs
