They had my car diagnosed and fixed within an hour of my appointment (thankfully it was just a hose that needed to be replaced). I arrived before they opened so I could receive a ride to work and they were kind enough to let me do so. I've had many experiences where employees are annoyed if you arrive before or right around opening but they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. This is my third time (I believe?) using JC Auto and it won't be the last :]

This was my 2nd experience with JC and I am very pleased with their work. I have an older vehicle that needed numerous repairs, they answered ALL my questions and addressed all my concerns plus kept me updated the entire time. Produced easy to understand estimates and my car runs better than it has in quite awhile. They worked together with Les Schwab to get my new tires and alignment completed at the same time. I will return to them in the future for any of my auto needs.

Highway robbery. Initially I liked this place. A local company and slightly priced higher and I was willing to pay. I had 5 vehicles rotating oil changes and basic service here. Not anymore. Over $600 for an oil change, fuel filter and tire rotation. They want over $100 just to rotate the tires. A good business that wants to keep customers will do that for free. I just took a vehicle to Les Schwab and got an oil change and tire rotation for $130. Nuff said.

We drove by JC Auto to make an appointment for a small repair. They repaired it while we waited, then said there was no charge.
