I had my car in for 3rd time. They say it was water pump. It still leeks. ! I paid over 600.00 for this. Antifreeze all over my drive way. I'm very disappointed. Use to be good . Not no more. This has been a night mere . My husband fell on ice when they were giving him a ride home. He is in rehab now broken leg. We never ever thought about suing them.and all do respect they never checked on him. And our car is still bad. Bad service never will we go there again.

I have had my 1998 Toyota Camry serviced in Rockford, IL for two decades, and at almost 200,000 miles, this week was the first time any of many have even mentioned or serviced the Throttle Position Sensor by removing, testing, and resetting it with my Toy computer. My Toy is once again fine for hopefully many more miles.

Great place to get your car fixed and repaired. Reasonable pricing. They work with you and they are welcoming people. I recommend.

My experience with Waun is horrible. The shop was ran more ethical and fair when Brian owned the shop. Waun will tell you he looked at your car a claim it’s more of a major issue then it actually is. Then proceed to take your money hide your car in the back of the building and act as if it’s getting fixed on knowing he just did a quick fix. He had me pay $2800 for a timing chain on my traverse and it went out the next we and began doing the same things. Waun is full of crap don’t waste your time or money. We want Brian back!
