This place was absolutely fantastic! I missed my morning appointment, which was a major disappointment since all the other places I checked seemed to have tight schedules. I called two and a half hours after my original appointment and explained my situation. Surprisingly, they were able to accommodate me and get my work done, same day, before closing time. I can’t guarantee that they’ll always be able to do that for everyone, but I can assure you that they’ll do their best to help you. The employees and the shop are great. JC Car Care is one of the most efficient professional car repair businesses I have ever used. And the best part is real people treating everyone with respect. I highly recommend this business to women. You will be so surprised at what a great experience it is in today’s world. One place where you can trust. My 20-year-old motor-obsessed grandson really likes them too. They take over when the job is too big for even his skills.

Yes overall I’m happy with the service. My car drives like new. Although I got maintenance done brakes and tires no major repairs. I just spent more money they expected. But I’m pleased with the outcome. The shop lobby was very impressive it smelled so nice every visit there. That made it inviting lol.

I’m now 2 services in 2 months for my truck, and JC has been the utmost professionals helping me out. They have earned my business in a world where many other service providers are out to take advantage of you and your wallet.

I took my car in for an inspection, I was told I needed a cabin filter and oil charge which was just done by a friend of mine at my home then he said I would need a third light assembly and it would be almost $400 😱 this isn't the first time this shop has tried to rip me off but since I just needed an inspection and no one could get me in right away I went ahead and tried them again, once I was quoted the price I called around and I called a couple other reputable very reputable mechanics in town and I got a price of $179-200 all day long $100 for the part and $80 for install. Jc auto care is gouging their clients, when I brought it to the owner's attention he said he didn't care and he's not going to touch it for that.
