LTS Automotive - a Main Street Auto shop

This is second time I brought my car to LTS. The first time for my headlights and second for an inspection with issues of an oil leak. Just to be real I’m a real person and they are not giving me anything for this review other than the great service I received both times. For my headlights up front I was quoted what the diagnostic was and that was all I was charged as it was an easy fix they did right there with the diagnostic. I was so grateful. For my inspection and oil leak the dealer had quoted me over $5000 but they told me it would only be &1380 cause of where the the leak was… not in the much harder more expensive location like the dealer had said. Great experience at LTS. Dropoff was simple. They called multiple times to explain what they were seeing on my vehicle and the options I had to fix it. They sent me pictures and walked me through those pictures on the phone. They gave me an honest assessment of the urgency of my car's issues, and quoted fair prices. Everyone was very courteous, the work was done quickly, and I paid a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied and will return (but hopefully not for a few thousand miles...)

Quick and easy to make an appointment. I arrived and they got started on my car while I waited in the waiting room. Nice waiting area, good vibes, nice music. Took maybe 30 minutes to change oil, rotate tires, and check my brake pads. Cost was reasonable, didnt try to upsell me, which I appreciate. Good experience

Their pricing is competitive, and I have complete confidence in their expertise with my vehicle. I'm relieved to have found a service provider that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

LTS did a terrific job inspecting our newly purchased vehicle. It was very reassuring to know what codes were stored in the car history. Thanks to the staff for explaining this to me, and for providing peace of mind. Earlier, LTS completed the required safety inspection and oil change. It is so refreshing to work with honest, caring staff that communicate options clearly. Great turnaround time for service, too.
