JC's British & 4x4

These guys are great and have earned my trust more than once and have top shelf customer service. They've worked on my 10yo Land Rover multiple times and had fair pricing each time, coming in less than the dealership and non-specialty repair shops. They are clear with estimates and share detailed reports with photos or videos showing their findings. They've never suggested unnecessary work, and have in fact saved me from it. last week I took a German vehicle to them for a brake replacement, oil change, and service milestone maintenance. Their price for the entire service was $600 less than the dealership quoted for just the brake job. I'm happy do to business with them!

Did a good job and work was quality. Little sad they were not cheaper than the lr dealer. The dealer at least gives you a brand new rover to drive around while the vehicle is being serviced and a nice waiting room with free food/drinks. But over all a positive and good experience.

I honestly don’t like leaving negative reviews, however I feel this review might help someone who’s looking to repair their Land Rover. Let me start by saying I have an extended warranty that I bought through Land Rover directly. The “Platinum Package.” With that being said, my Rover needed some repairs and I heard good reviews from a family friend and just looking on Google. I will say the service was done correctly for what I came to get worked on. I had a component of the suspension that needed to be fixed. The issue lies with the price. In no way shape or form should an independent shop be more than the actual dealer themselves. The dealer has its own set of issues don’t get me wrong but the price they charge at the dealer should be the cap. The second issue lies within the upsell

This isn’t the first Land Rover we’ve brought to JC British. They’re so knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Kept me updated on the progress of my car while it was there and took good care of it. It was dropped off unexpectedly but they still made time for it. Highly recommend!

JC's did me proud on my new Range Rover! Diagnosed a tricky problem and got it fixed! Work done fast and well and at reasonable cost - excellent care and customer service! These guys are all TOP NOTCH, couldn't recommend them more highly!
