I don’t even know where to start. From the moment we walked the lot until we left everything was amazing. Good selection of vehicles. My wife found exactly what she wanted pretty quickly. Lexi walked us through most of the process she was friendly patient and very informative. Justin worked our rates and payments down and was great to deal with. Paperwork was quick and easy. No pressure no haggling. Highly recommend jd auto gladstone and will be back again.

I had a really great experience at JD Auto. Lexi, our car lady, was great. Friendly, welcoming & patient. I noticed the majority of the cars here are very fairly priced, low miles in respect to the car's year & in good shape. The only 2 negatives were our car wasn't cleaned (cup holders, arm rests etc are gross) & the check engine light came on the next morning after I bought our car.

My sales person Dan was amazing. I was looking for a good priced used vehicle and found my 2018 Honda Accord here. It works amazingly and for the month that Ive had it, and had it serviced, there are no major issues whatsoever and they even gave me new wheels as well. I called in saying I wanted a walk in walk out purchase and was able to do just that. 10/10 location, they treat their used cars with care. Thank you again Dan for being a great salesperson.

Better than perfect experience!!!! Relocated to Gladstone, interested in selling vehicle. We completed on-line form, submitted all requested info in advance. Received our offer ASAP. Booked an appointment for the next business day. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted. Staff was most friendly, professional and helpful. We were walked over to area handling purchases. A big shout out to the Team Members there! They had our file already ready to go. We were asked to please empty car, turn over keys and give paperwork. Within 15 minutes we were done, transaction fully completed. No hassle, delays or surprises. Thank you JD Auto for this incredible experience!

JD Auto was absolutely amazing and did not take no time at all to drive off the lot. Danny was awesome soon as we pulled up and got out the car he greeted me and was very attentive to what I wanted and what I had to work with. It took no time at all to get us approved and on the road in our new Chevy Silverado. He did his part on staying in our budget. I would refer him to anyone.
