JD Garage Auto Repair & Tires Brakes

I brought my car in and had the radiator replaced after a diagnosis last year saying it was critical. I brought it back a few days later as there was fluid leaking all over the engine. They replaced the cap on the new radiator. It’s been a couple of months and my car is at the Subaru dealership for overheating and I was told that the new radiator that was put in is leaking and also the culprit for overheating, but additionally mounted in a way that requires a special tool to remove. I feel like I wasted $700 going here in the first place only to almost wreck my car. I will not be back. I’m sure they are fine for oil changes, have no complaints about their customer service as they seemed nice enough, but most disheartening to learn the money I paid for a service ended up costing me more to

I arrived around 230 pm and it now 450 pm. My husband and I came to get get our brakes changed and a tire rotation. After they took my tires off they came upon other issues which was to be expected. As we start to approach 330 i look out and see NO ONE is working on my vehicle. As time goes by I still don't see any work being done, so I ask the lady at front desk how much longer is it going to take. She comes back to tell me that they have been waiting on a part they need for my car... I feel like they should have been said something instead of letting me waste my time. Mind you it was only one car in the bay when we arrived and I am now LATE to work because they failed at letting me know they needed parts. If I knew that was the case we would've came back another day.

I like this place they do decent business with me every time I've been. I would just love if they updated their times of operation on here and on their sign on the front door.

I accidentally showed up without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation I had purchased on Groupon, and Dash still managed to fit me in without hesitation. He was quick and efficient with the service, and I was impressed by his professionalism. While I waited, I had the pleasure of chatting with his wife, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made the time fly by with our great conversation, and her warm demeanor really added to the overall positive experience. It’s clear this husband-and-wife team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for future car services!

I do not recommend this place and won’t be returning. I scheduled an oil change and, upon arriving, was met with an attitude. The parking area is tiny, with about three spots, all of which were occupied. I pulled to the side, and one employee began honking and waving his hands at me. When I asked where I should park to move out of the way, he ignored me and angrily pulled up. I went inside to address the issue, but was met with more hostility. He then threw his hands up, closed the door, stating he wasn’t going to argue. There was no argument, you should’ve handled that better and directed me to the correct spot. A grown man who can’t manage his emotions has no business interacting with customers, let alone working on vehicles. Why would I trust you with the machine that I use everyday? Fo
