I live in Raleigh, my daughter was visiting West Jefferson and had car trouble. JD took her in on the spot, checked her car and took the time to call and review the issue with me. We brought our truck in because it was making a clicking noise while turning. JDs inspected it and could find nothing wrong. They did inform us that our model truck will make that noise if left in auto 4wd. They didn't charge us for the work as they found nothing to fix. They were very pleasant and helpful and honest to not try and fix something that wasn't broken.

JD and staff have been excellent business partners for years. They keep their customers on the road for longer by installing Jasper Engines and Transmissions.

Bought a battery from another location, but then we had problems with it from something the other place didn’t tend to. He helped us out! Kind and honest people. Highly recommend them. Will be using them for all our car needs!

Absolutely amazing. We brought our 2023 ram 1500 in because it was making a clicking noise while turning. I was Absolutely 100% sure we would need out CV joints replaced and braced for impact on how much time and money it was gonna cost us. It turns out it was a simple fix of turning off my auto 4wd. The integrity from this shop was just beyond my comprehension. They didnt even charge us. They could have absolutely "found" something wrong and charged us whatever to fix it. This is now our go to place for any vehicle issues.
