This store has really improved since it was sold to corporate inventory.Looks great people are friendly, very helpful.It's my go to auto parts store

I rarely do post that are negative. I feel like everybody has a bad day occasionally and I just happen to step into it. But when somebody is good at what they do and helpful and professional, I like to give a good review. The people at Napa in West Jefferson always seem to have the answer for me and are very polite and helpful. That's all I need.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. He came out to the car and pointed us in the right direction. I would recommend this store and will go there again if I have a parts issue.

Bought a battery from the Napa in Wilkes the other day, which I was not happy with the service there. Next day needed another battery and the guys at west Jefferson store went above and beyond to help me a lot better then the Wilkes store.
