I had a very unique hard to solve problem that had already been to other shops with no luck. They were able to solve my transmission problem and carry out my routine maintenance in a timely manner. TNT is one of the only shops in the county willing to work on diesel trucks. They provide a high quality service all the way around. Their documentation and diagnostic system assures you that your repairs are needed. I will certainly be bringing my truck back for all of its maintenance. I highly recommend TNT to anyone looking for a high quality professional mechanic shop.

IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT VEHICLES, GO HERE!! First off, Aaron rebuilt my 2012 Subaru Outback Motor. He did an absolutely immaculate job with it and even did the job start to finish in ONE DAY. I have always been impressed by TNT’s professionalism, communication, and transparency. From Tobin, the shop owner, to Jason, the Office Manager, everyone is extremely kind and caring. They will be forthright and help you spend money the right way to save money and headache in the future. I drive 30 minutes from Boone, just to use these guys and I will continue to do so!

Top notch shop! They provided pictures of their findings, explained everything, didn’t do any work until it was approved. Also, the “peace of mind inspection” is exactly that. As a female, I felt heard, understood, and never pressured. The shop & lobby both looked clean too. That says a lot about the standards upheld there. This was our first visit & we felt so comfortable that we will be taking our other vehicles there. Thank you guys for everything!!

The guys here are great! I called for a pre-purchase inspection and they got me in the next day. I appreciated how they offered two options based on how detailed I wanted to get. Jason took a lot of time to discuss everything with me, and was beyond nice. I felt the price was more than fair for the friendly and professional service I received. Would definitely go back!
