I have owned a Mercedes sprinter for 13 years and have had a difficult time finding honest, fair and competent mechanics. I just had a great experience with JE Robinson and hope to use them in the future. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been taking my wife’s Mercedes Benz and my daughter’s Audi for servicing for the past 3 years. They do a great job and very friendly. Awesome customers service from front of the house to the back of the house. I will always use their services. Great price better than the dealership. I will recommend it. Keep up with the good work. John and his crew are second to none. I brought them my 1984 Land Rover Series III I recently purchased, and they were thorough and honest about what needed to be repaired immediately and what could wait. I feel fortunate to live in western MA with access to such knowledgeable and highly skilled professionals. I would not consider going anywhere else for work on this vehicle.

Marybeth, John, and the whole team at J.E. Robison are honest, knowledgable and they do a great job. I brought my recently purchased Land Rover from Carvana and it had a bunch of issues. They assisted in making sure the car was ready to drive, and even dealt with the insurance for me, I never had to lift a finger.

So far my experience has been very good. There is much to do yet on the car and am grateful to get updates!
