It's never fun to have to be towed. But this company was very nice on my call, and I know I woke them up. It was 5 a.m.. Driver was great and got me home safe. Thank you!!!

Had to call a tow truck with a flatbed late in the evening. Kasey arrived and was punctual and professional. He delivered my truck back to my house in Akron for a reasonable rate. The following morning I had to use the service again, and received the same outstanding service. Would highly recommend.

Jeffrey's is a very good group of people- very efficient and conscientious! A laid-back family atmosphere plus easy and fast to deal with. When my car was impounded by Copley police, I was able to get my car back after only about ten minutes (because I had to find an ATM). Their storage fee is very reasonable. Nice folks.

I'm a frequent flyer and they are amazing. They come in a timely manner and are always courteous and fair. They have helped me out the past 3 times my car needed towed or I was locked out of my vehicle. They are awesome for sure. Not to pricey either.
