A huge shout for Frankie and Justin for going above and beyond with their customer service and their expertise. Not only did Frankie insure that I had everything that I needed before we left the store the first time today but also ordered me a part that only took a couple hours to get to the store. After I arrived to pick up the part I thought I could install it my self but something was wrong with with it. Justin came in for the rescue to fix it while Frankie realized I need another bulb. They worked so well together. I saw them in action multi-tasking and really putting in the work. I have lived around this store for over ten years and only have been maybe 5 times. I have to admit sometimes I find my self going to big box name store to save a dollar which I was going to today but because

Stopped in to grab wiper blades expecting to ask my husband to change them, only to find out the nice young man there would do it FOR FREE! Respectful and kind kid. Way to go Cody!

The last three times I've come to this store. They give me the wrong part for the wrong vehicle even. Does anyone know what's going on? The sales associate was very rude and overwhelmed with the small amount of business that was present in the store. Besides selling me the part he was not helpful and very passive.
