Everyone is super nice here. Once they found out my problem was something minor they let us know and didn't try to scam us. When they didn't have the service I called about they gave me another shop that could help. Much appreciated 🙏.

I seriously cannot speak higher of this place! Wow! My husband and I went to a different shop in the Hudsonville area, and when my check engine light came on there was a MINIMUM fee of $195 just to pull the codes. I called Jenison Auto, and they told me to come down same day!! It was just a faulty sensor that needed to be reset, and they didn't even charge me. Nicest and most knowledgeable staff you will ever meet! Would highly recommend giving them a shot! We will be switching all vehicles over. :)

They're honesty and customer service. I would give a ten star writing if I could.. It's just top notch. They are not the cheapest guys in town they're not the most expensive either. In my experience the cheapest guys in town nickel and dime you and otherwise. Also, every time they've done work for me to quote was a little higher than what I actually paid. I think they try to give you worse case scenario so that you're not surprised and a bad way when you get the bill.. Which I appreciate. Also, the support of local food pantry. And you can donate some items and save on your bill that way too. Which might make them the cheapest guys in town. Also they stand by the quality of their work. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for years now. They always take the time to explain and tell it to you straight. Being a women I am always cautious of being taken advantage of with car repairs. I will be lifelong customer of Jenison Auto because of their superb service, quality, work ethic and integrity.
