Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Do not go here if you have a new car. I have a 2025 Kia K4 and the first time I went here with it they emptied the oil out of my car before checking if they had a new filter... They didn't. They sent an employee to O'Reilly's to pick up a filter and he came back with the wrong one. Then the manager went and came back with the right one, one hour and fifteen minutes later, 30 minutes after my lunch ended they finally finished. A few months later I decided to give them one more chance, I was there about 20 minutes and they thought they were done and then pulled out the dipstick and said they had to empty it and fill it again. I asked what happened but they would not tell me. I'm pretty sure they put the new oil in without evacing the old oil, but who knows they wouldn't tell me what happened

My car started leaking oil the day after I got my oil changed. I called valvoline to let them know and they handled everything immediately. The assistant manager, Riley, came out and fixed the issue roadside. It was no fault of anyone, just a faulty filter. He followed me back to valvoline to clean everything up and make sure everything was good. He gave very great service!

Respectful, efficient, and very thorough. Been to a handful of oil change locations, but this takes the cake. Full vehicle review and not pushy for selling extras. Assistant manager Riley does a great job. Would highly recommend!

We came in on a Sunday evening, and a tech came out right away to let us know there would be a bit of a wait, which we were fine with. Once we made it inside, Riley took great care to explain everything that they were doing and why. He also let us know about air filters that needed replacement without putting any pressure on us. We will definitely return to this location.

I visited this location recently and had a great experience. The service was exceptional. Each member of the team smiled. They were polite, efficient, and professional despite it being cold. Dylan walked me through the vehicle service options and suggested maintenance options based upon the history and diagnostics ran. He even laughed at my jokes. Which, I am fairly certain he doesn't get paid extra to do. I used a coupon found on Valvoline's website making the price just right.
