As a new car owner, I appreciate that they gather all the necessary information and ensure things are done properly. However, the pricing is just not worth it. They overcharge for even the simplest tasks, turning minor issues into expensive repairs. A five-minute fix ends up costing an insane amount. On top of that, their approach can feel intimidating, making it uncomfortable to question their pricing or recommendations. I strongly suggest trusting your own judgment and running code checks on your car before going there. Do your research on potential issues beforehand. Their inspections seem lacking—I might be wrong, but considering how booked up they are, I doubt they actually perform the deep inspections they claim to. My experience was with the auto body shop. They were not interested in making any attempts to send an estimate to a 3rd party that state farm deals with. I left the manager a voice message and never returned my call. I would not by a car from the dealership either,if they don't want to help me or are unfamiliar with the process of a 3rd party taking claims for state farm,then why give them any business. I talked to another body shop,and they are more than happy to proceed with working with me.

After multiple cars bought at Jennings(over 20 years) by my parents I figured they would be my first stop on my brand new 2024 traverse. My first service there was my first oil change and tire rotation. That took almost 2hrs on a weekday and figured well this is a dealer… I then had multiple issues come up with my traverse months later. I had a check engine light come on for a day and then off, a stuck interior light button that caused the dome lights to stay on, and my trunk was rubbing on one side while opening and closing. So I scheduled another oil change since it was due soon along with those issues to get looked at. Also at 2:30 on a Wednesday. Was told there was also a recall to check how the brake lines were ran but was told that takes “literal seconds.” This time I was waiting
