Most car repair shops claim to be honest, but these guys “walk the walk”! I’ve had some pretty great experiences: First off, my dealer told me my brakes were in need of chritical repair. I had just gotten new brakes and rotors with Jeppson so I was shocked to hear that. I took it back to Jeppson, they removed every tire and showed me the depth of each of my brake pads and that all was clear. So glad I didn’t listen to my dealer! So glad Jeppson took the time to teach me (someone who knows nothing about cars) so I could have peace of mind! Then, my transmission and A/C were having issues. This place is rock solid. Dave up front handles the customers needs extremely well, cohesively explains what will get done and helps you understand the deeper meaning behind why they need to do what they do. I brought my car in because it did not pass emissions I told him that I have the code as to why it didn’t pass so they could fix it. Hoping they could resolve the issues without any extra costs. He divulged that just the code will not do and they have to do a deeper inspection to find the specific part to address I also brought my truck in that I had recently purchased it has a fair amount of work that needs to be done. Jeppson auto has worked on my car before and I’m taking it back for a different repair tomorrow. This has been the most honest shop I have ever encountered, they provide photo evidence, inspections and honest feedback with the BEST prices I’ve seen. People complain about prices but, these guys have to make a living too! They have the best prices I’ve seen still. Any other shop charges about 2 times if not more what they do. They fixed my clutch and are about to do more maintenance. I will continue coming to this shop they have been honest and amazing and they treat everyone like family and this will always be the shop I go to first.

All i have to say is WOW. What a fantastic shop. Everyone from Dave at the counter to Anthony the tech. I have never had such great service and communication anywhere else in my life. David was very easy and fun to get ahold of and talk to. He was very descriptive and upfront and honest about everything. Anthony went above and beyond working on my ford diesel. Did all the steps, checked all the boxes and performed every test possible to make sure he was properly diagnosing my truck. He even called me and talked on the phone for a total of an hour in one day. Never had a tech willing to call and talk to me.
