Jiffy Lube

Don’t do oil changes. My 17 year old daughter took car there. Kid did “free” oil change since they did it wrong. Over filled it causing main seal to bust. $1600 later and kid who did the oil change finds my daughter on instagram asks her out. His answer to her about the damage is “ya, don’t go there, no one knows what’s going on”. I’m beyond shocked how blatant and wrong this job was.

I went in to get 2 rock chips fixed. They charged me but both chips were clearly visible within a day. I went back, and they said they fixed it again but they're both look exactly the same. I've had the same repair done at another location and never had a problem. Feels like a scam.

UNPROFESSIONAL! I recently visited this Jiffy Lube for an emissions test, and what I witnessed from the manager, Brian (wearing a name tag that said “Nick”), was extremely unprofessional. As I pulled up, the employee helping me was repeatedly yelled at, cursed at, and belittled by Bryan right in front of me. Instead of correcting or teaching, Bryan chose to humiliate his employee in public, raising his voice and continuing to vent his frustrations even as he walked away. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable behavior for a manager in any workplace. This raises some serious questions: - How does berating an employee in front of customers add value or teach anything productive? - Do you realize how damaging this behavior is to your own reputation and the image

I would like to say that this place is great and all of these young employees are full of ambition and are hardworking I’m always getting taken care of and even like to check my oil after see what they’ve done and it always looks great

Unnecessary scare tactics.... I came in just for an oil change, and they tried to get me to get my tires, brakes and bunch of other stuff done. I was confident my car didnt need that stuff yet but they really pushed and genuinely scared me into thinking my car was on the brink of falling apart... I waited and took my car to 2 other opinions - they both said my car was fine and didnt need tire, brakes or anything else for quite a while! Plus the original prices were going to be over the double the price of the other places I visited... I won't be coming back....
