Tagg-N-Go Car Wash

Love all the tagg n go. This one didn’t quite hit the mark today employee is sweeping the driveway, which is good but he’s only greeting the nonmember guests so I did not get my air freshener. Love the air fresheners. It really is what separates you guys. The employees in the car wash part were very impressive and thorough facility is amazingly clean, but the reason you lost the star as there wasn’t one towel to be had in any of the bays. I’m OK with late deliveries and no towels, but I’m not OK with is looking through everyone of them without a sign saying sorry no towels. Love the Saratoga Spring one and your mainly one is amazing. I had an awesome experience at this car wash! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Jordan helped me out when I pulled in, and he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got the right wash package for what my car needed. You can tell he actually cares about the customer and the quality of the work — he even double-checked the detailing before handing my keys back. My car came out absolutely spotless — the paint was shining, the windows were crystal clear, and even the tires looked brand new. The interior was vacuumed perfectly, no streaks or missed spots anywhere. The whole team worked efficiently but didn’t rush, and it really showed in the results. These are seriously the BEST car washes!! And Jordan makes sure you’re taken care of when checking in!! The vacuums are strong, and the free mat cleaner is amazing in kid soccer season. Can’t beat it.

Good service. The brush down prior to the was is very effective and appreciated. Many car wash'es don't do this. The vacuums are powerful and do an amazing job. The wipe down cloths are very helpful. Thank you

Cadee and Jordan were so helpful! I also love that they spray down your whole vehicle before you even go through the wash! Get these cashiers some heaters for this cold weather though (:
