DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in for an Emissions test and they failed based on his VISUAL, when literally his computer said there was nothing wrong with my car. My car is STOCK and this guy said that I did shit to it and failed me. Literally ridiculous. And then they sent me to Weber Morgan when I was suppose to have 3 chances with them, Weber Morgan based of these guys think I tampered with my car and think I’m trying to gaslight them. Literally do not go here. Especially if the guy has glasses and long reddish hair. This has even happened to someone I know and it’s happened multiple times to people! Absolutely the worst place

Bad inspection and poor customer service. We got a used car inspected here, and they found several minor issues but overall, said it was fine. We ended buying the car and a week later both a faulty radiator and water pump had to be replaced costing about $1,650. We were disappointed that they didn't find these issues since we wouldn't have gotten the car had We known about it, which is the whole point of the inspection. When we called them asking if they could do anything about it they refused to take responsibility or even consider giving us a partial refund. I made sure to be very polite but firm but they wouldn't help us at all.

My check engine light went on, and I took my Mini Cooper to Jose since he came highly recommended. He diagnosed the issue ( misfire in the first cylinder was detected) and repaired the car promptly. Also, his prices were very reasonable and my car is running great again. Thank you JER Auto Care!

Zero integrity! Got quotes from 4 different shops including Ford dealer. Diana and Jose were middle of the quotes. Had vehicle towed to JER based on agreement and price. Suppose to "be done same day". Didn't hear from them. Went to shop next day and told new price is double original quote for same work. I told them i will have to take it to dealer or Woodruff's Auto. Came back 1 gour later and vehicle was left out front with keys in it and doors unlocked. If i coould leave a zero i would.

Honest, reliable, fair, friendly, knowledgeable and fast service, Jose have been always like that since I met him first time, they make me feel safe and happy. As independent small business I’ll say is the best place to take your car!
