Jerry I'm the guy that you told to buy my own rear suburban tailgate glass. so I did, it took 5 months to get. Now you give me the run around. "call me next week, i'm busy" next week I'll call you tomorrow to see if my glass guy will do it. no call back. Why tell me to order the glass if you wont install it? I had a feeling then if they arent willing to order the parts and make the mark up$$$ he wont want to do the labor. thats exactly the case. You told me...you get the glass I'll install it. My plumbing company fleet of trucks wont go to you if it runs across my desk. Bush league. Not worthy of one star.

Chris went above and beyond for me. I needed the driver door replaced on my Acura MDX and I'm lucky I found Chris. He was recommended by my mechanic at Ralphs Auto. Over the phone, he was personable and enthusiastic to help. I brought the car over same day and, since it wasn't a huge job, he prioritized me immediately. The place is a no frills, small business owner body shop with real people, not a corporation. He quickly switched out the door and all the inner parts to match, and even waxed and buffed the replacement door, making it look like nothing ever happened. He was honest and informative. Fair price too! I'm glad I have an honest body shop guy now! If I ever need body work done to my cars, I'll call HIM prior to calling the insurance company. Highly recommend.

Chris and Jerry have gone above and beyond several times not only to help me, but SEVERAL people I know very well. The service they provide is outstanding. And they are great guys, very friendly and personable. If you get in an accident, or have any other damage to the body of your car, THE ONLY choice in the area is Jerry Gray Auto Body! Tell them specifically that I told you to call, they will take care of you!

They are incompetent and rude about it. They held my car from 7am til they closed at 5 and did nothing to my vehicle because they "didn't know I wanted them to fix it" why would I bring the vehicle to you and leave it if I didn't want to have it fixed? Then the son and father pointed fingers as to who was to blame for the miscommunication as if that helped with the issue of fixing my car. I was from out of town, so I ended up having to get it towed to a shop near my hotel because it couldn't be stored overnight at their shop. Didn't help me find a tow truck and gave the one that arrived a hard time and an attitude when he came to retrieve it. Though they didn't actually service my vehicle, I can only imagine the quality of work they would provide given their customer service. Would give Ze

We have used Jerry Grey auto body a couple of times and have always had a good experience. They are professional and do excellent work. Have recommended them to others and everyone has had the same experience.
