I am writing about an amazing experience I had today with Joe's service center. I have always been nervous about taking my BMW to anyone besides the dealer. Well I am glad I did. Joe's team was very helpful from my first phone to them until the end. I had 4 brand new tires put on with an inspection, all of which were completed by 10am. The team was professional and efficient. i did a night drop off that was totally easy and safe. i purchased my tires from Tire rack( Joes is an approved vendor) and had the tires shipped directly to Joes for installation. Give Joe a try, I did and I will not go anywhere else for my car needs! The cost was also spot on. was not talked into anything my car did not need

Honestly, the best shop in the area hands down. Joe's team of mechanics always do an excellent job. They even send out coupons and holiday cards to their customers. That's a really nice touch that not a lot of businesses do and really lets the customer know how much you appreciate their repeat business. They've been taking care of my parents' cars for years and when I moved back to the area, I became a regular of them as well. Keep up the good work Joe!
