I had an incredible experience at Jerry’s. Ahmed was my service advisor and he kept me informed every step of the way! Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure my repair was completed thoroughly. My car is driving like new and will return here for my future service!

I brought my work truck in on Monday for a simple diagnostic and electrical repair. it is now Friday and after calling in at 4 every day Ahmed only answered 1 of those phone calls the same day. and then told me that unfortunately everyone else would be in front of me A WEEK after I dropped it off. he claims that " they're a little disorganized right now, there's nothing I can do" what a joke of a dealership. ah yes and this is after they conveniently left me at the dealership till closing because he never told the shuttle to pick me up. don't promise me it'll be a quick diagnostic in the next couple of days if you won't deliver

Bought a brand new 2026 Equinox. Upon purchase, the electronic functions for the driver's seat were not working. I was informed this was a warranty repair and to bring it back the following week. After 4 days of owning my vehicle, I returned to have the seat repaired. I was offered a MUCH lower model vehicle to drive while the repairs were being done on my vehicle. (This was expected to only take a couple of days). The service department was terrible at communication and I had to call to check in every couple of days to be informed of the status. 2 weeks later, my vehicle is still at their service center. I contacted my service advisor who stated the part was just received and my vehicle was next in line for service. Upon arrival today to pick up my vehicle, I was informed there was a tiny

My vehicle was in service for over a month. I had to call on multiple occasions to get an update on my vehicle. The sales consultant never called back. Also, did not address all the issues I brought up. Very surprising experience.

Service so over priced, it has to be acknowledged. $400 to change 4 wheel locks. That's it. To remove one lug per wheel and install the new one. Took 20 min. For $400. Including their 3% credit or debit card fee. Fernando was a friendly and fast service advisor and Cylinda was helpful.
