Worst dealer ever; avoid at all costs. Finance will shame you for a long time into buying a service you don't want (I had to argue with the guy to get him to stop cuss i didnt want their shady services. the auto shop will give you an appointment but when you show up they say appointments are just to be put into a que. You now have to wait another week for a tech to inspect vehicle and no we don't have loaner cars to provide. Any they had the nerve to call me when new plates were coming after purchase of new vehicle to see if they should order me plates or do i plan on using the DV plates i had on another vehicle. I took my Genesis G70 in for it's 30k mile checkup yesterday. Jesus Hernandez, as usual, was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure he addressed all of my questions and to see that my car was brought up-to-date on all upgrades and service. Has had my friends 2nd vehicle for over a week for repairs, making it tough for him to complete his task at work, having to shuttle his family around in one vehicle. I understand it short term but they won't even return calls to give an update on repair schedule. And denied a loaner car for there use day one. ***Update*** He contacted the General Manager after wrestling with tracking down the number employees did not want the info given out but thanks to Google were able to find his number he answered and in just a few minutes made things easier for him. Amazing what can happen when someone who can facilitate a solution steps up to make a difference. Thank you Sir.
