We loved all of the staff here. This was our first RV purchase and they happily answered our multitude of questions. Misael was such a great salesman. He did not try to haggle us to a different model because we already knew what we wanted coming in. He showed us everything we needed to be successful in any trip we took with our R-POD. Luis was fantastic about explaining all of the financing and working with us to make it such a smooth buying process. Lastly, Sam who showed us how everything worked on our trailer. He was detailed and went over every single piece of the trailer. He showed us how to work everything and installed our jack and took us step by step on how to properly and safely use it. Bought a new camping trailer at Pinnacle RV. Transaction was smooth. All of the staff were friendly & helpful, as well as patient. I had lots of questions, I scrutinized all of the paperwork, & I upgraded the battery along with a special locking battery box. I was rather high-maintenance throughout this transaction, yet the Pinnacle team worked with me on all of it to my satisfaction.

Bought a 2026 Forest River NB 19.2 Beast Mode from Misael. Great experience from start to finish. Misael and Alex made sure the Blue Ox sway bars and hitch fit my heavy-duty pickup perfectly. I’m lucky to have such a great RV dealer and service center only 12 miles from my home but they’ll make it worth the drive from anywhere in the region I am sure.
