My go-to body shop!!! I can’t gate keep this place any longer. As someone who manages a fleet of vehicles, Optimum Collision is the only place I take my vehicles to. I’ve worked with each estimator for various mishaps, and every time, Cody, Caren and Karl have exceeded my expectations. They work hard each time to get the vehicle out quickly, handle all dealings with insurance, and in return, my vehicle is returned in perfect condition. I know when I drop my car off with them, it is in capable hands with the best employees around. It comes back looking like it was straight off the showroom floor! I can’t give enough praise to Terry and his team!! Thank you for maintaining the same standard of excellence for all the years that I’ve been a loyal customer!

I can’t say enough about this place. The work is impeccable and the customer service is top notch. I used them for some body work a few years ago and it was excellent so I decided to return to them. I am so happy that I did. I needed a minor repair to my car. They worked me in pretty quick, kept me updated, and made the entire experience seamless. A couple of months ago, a student at college accidentally hit the right side of my VW Taos, badly damaging both doors. I just want to preface this with this is not the first time or the first car I have had body work done on, but not previously at Optimum Collision. I was also in the auto industry for some time. My car is a 2015 Volkswagen GTI. I landed at Optimum Collision directly from the neighboring Volkswagen dealership after some service and upon their recommendation. I am the only owner of the car.
