Jerry's Transmission

ZERO STARS Jerry’s Transmission rebuilt the transmission in my Ram 3500. The original factory transmission lasted over 120,000 miles. Their rebuild, which cost over $8,000, failed at approximately 20,000 miles—just two months and about 2,000 miles past their warranty. When the transmission failed, Jerry’s would not return phone calls, and ultimately stopped communicating entirely. When I expressed concerns about their lack of communication and the quality of the rebuild, their manager hung the phone up abruptly. There was no diagnostic effort, no follow-up, and no willingness to stand behind their work, despite how close the failure was to the warranty period. Ultimately this resulted in finding another transmition shop who tore the transmition down and reported many errors on the original

Had them put in a rebuilt trans in a 03 1500 Silverado Trans shifted supper hard and they said it was because how they build it trans only blew up shortly after. A friend took his truck there they told him that it needed a trans. He took it to another shop and ended up being low on fluid and put it in range shift inhibited Filled it back up on fluid and trucks still driving 50k miles later. They are parts pushers not mechanics

Although they never did see me or my vehicle the quote for possible repairs was 3400 and up for what I told him was a leaking front pump shaft seal... on my new replacement transmission. The jeep dealership in Missoula got me in on 5 July, replacement of front pump shaft seal fixed my issue and was 1149.00... back on vacation in 3 days.....not 3 weeks or more !

They were great. They were prompt at getting my car in and diagnosed. I had gone elsewhere and it was two weeks for an appointment and diagnostic that was expensive and gave me no answers. Jerry's was very prompt at getting me in diagnosing my car issues and fixing it. The first time Didn't quite get everything but they were very open and willing to stand by the work and had my car back and fixed in 3 days. I'm so glad to have my car back and Jerry's made my car reliable again.
