I called Jesse’s auto yesterday to see if they had any openings to do a water pump and thermostat replacement on my wife’s jeep. He quickly returned my call once he returned to the shop and was able to get us in next day. Upon arrival he confirmed the coolant leak was from the water pump and tackled the job with alacrity. I swung by the shop after work to touch base and he was totally transparent regarding a minor complication with a sheared fastener. He allowed me to inspect with his boreascope and stayed 2 hours after his normal closing time to ensure our vehicle was ready. The pricing was fair and the transparency goes a long way. I have been having Robert and his team at Jessie’s automotive take care of my vehicles for the past 5 years. I have them do my oil changes and tire rotation and they always have it done in a timely manner. They have fixed many leaks in my vehicles over the years and have replaced a turbo in my Chevy Cruz that I had at the time. Robert is really good at explaining the work they do and when they order new parts for something, they make sure to order something reliable and affordable which I really appreciate. Jessie’s automotive is the only place I trust to work on my vehicles.

I took my car in for a timing belt service Jesse and Robert were able to handle the problem with ease. they did quality work at a reasonable price I was very happy with the entire job got me back on the road. I will be using them in the future.

Broke down on the side of the freeway today and gave Drake and Robert a call and sent them pictures of what had happened. They called around and got me the parts needed and came to the rescue and with a quickness my car was fixed and back on the road. Fastest belt and pulley change I've ever seen. Thankful they yet again saved the day.

Great local shop. Worked with me on a few jobs. And I picked up a Pathfinder for a good price. Very fair and will work your budget.
