Leaves our cars clean….enough. We love the availability of vacuums and the space of the two lots. These vacuums tend to be in good working order unlike the nearby Jet Bright locations.

If your vehicle gets damaged, even a free wash isn’t worth it. I take my Prius here every week and have a subscription. My van, however, only comes in occasionally—usually after a long trip—and I pay cash for those washes. Twice now, my van has been damaged here (long rotating scratch down the passenger side), and both times any attempt to get the business to investigate or take responsibility has been immediately dismissed. They’ll take a damage report, and the next day you receive a boilerplate email claiming the damage was “pre-existing,” even when it clearly wasn’t. The first incident happened in December 2024. "I was just in an accident in the car wash." That was the text I got from my wife recently. Knowing my two small children were also in the car, I raced over from work to help with the kids while they sorted things out in the sub freezing parking lot. A patron a few cars ahead had stopped their car mid-cycle, and it cause the next two cars to pile up (including my wife's soap covered car). Granted, the patron in the car ahead should not have stopped their car, but apparently there aren't any safety sensors or spacing protocols. Thankfully, no one was hurt, though the car had some minor damage. I accidentally vacuumed my rosary and I panicked! But an amazingly calm and efficient employee, Brian, looked through the system until he found it. I am really grateful for this young man who went above and beyond to help me out. Brian was polite and cheerful and Jet-Brite should be proud to have him as an employee. (Side note -those free vacuums are POWERFUL!!!)
