Jiffy Lube

Service was very fast. They did not try to upsell anything and charges were clear up front. They honored the coupon and gave us a great deal. We would definitely recommend. Also, much better than Firestone down the street, whom I have found to be consistently dishonest, in my opinion, as well as Mr. Tire, which went downhill since the manager left.

Went today for oil change 2/24/27(whoever working there have these guys discipline). They closed at 6 pm I was there 4 pm and I saw the guy from outside waiving to the other guy inside not to open the garage or ignore me, so the other guy went inside and the guy outside went inside his car smoking. If your employee are like these you will lose customers. I know not all your employees are not like the guys that was working , but if I am the owner these guys needed to be discipline. You loss money and customers now I have to tell my friends and family not to use Jiffy lube in Absecon , NJ.

These ppl are the BEST!!! Tyler D the service guy is a compassionate, empathetic man that is professional and honest. These guys installed a brand new radiator in my car in no time after having taken my car to the Jiffy Lube in Woodbury and the service guy there broke it and tried to cover it up. Store #93 is no bueno! But the ppl at the Absecon store brought my faith back to Jiffy Lube brand

Upon leaving Jiffy my car started blowing white smoke. I immediately called my husband who is a mechanic and he told me to go back because the oil was probably overfilled or spilled. I was completely offended because I was treated like a dumb girl, he insisted multiple times that it wasn't their work that caused this, he walked away from me amd said if it started smoking again to call, but when I started my car back up smoke was everywhere so he called his boss again not their fault and if my husband was a mechanic he would know that it wouldn't be smoking feom an oil change. Now I have my husband on the phone and again say, "could it be overfilled" and he can hear my husband on the phone, now he finally checks the oil and it is more than overfilled. Again,

I'm still trying to decide if the staff at this location are this incompetent, or if it's intentional. You be the judge. Almost a year ago, my wife brought our Hyundai here for a an oil change. A few months later, we notice the bolts that hold two covers to the underside of the body, which have to be removed for the oil change, hadn't been replaced. More than 3/4 of them were missing. Eventually, the cover flapped around under the car, causing damage, which I reported to Jiffy Lube. The manager, Will, reacted in the exact manner I wanted. He offered to replace the damaged part, and ensured me if I brought the car back on days he was in, he would personally do the oil change each time to make sure it was done right.
