Jiffy Lube

I wouldn't go anywhere else. This Jiffy Lube location consistently employs friendly and knowledgeable staff, and I've never had a single negative experience. They take the time to clearly explain services, from oil changes, tires, wipers, and lights, without rushing the customer. The waiting room is comfortable, offering water and a TV, and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. My recent visit was excellent, Andrew, was friendly and very helpful answering my vehicle questions. Their consistent quality and dedication to service make them an easy recommendation.

Came in for a simple oil change brought my own filter and also my own oil. Paid around 50 bucks, not a tremendous deal honestly. I have gone to other shops before and they have only charged me $20 for the service, saying as I am using my own supplies. Service is kind and respectful.

I tried to get an oil change at this Jiffy Lube but was unable to because of some damage to my undercarriage shield. Once we realized they couldn’t complete the service, they brought me my car to take home. When I started driving, I noticed a bit of a chemical smell. I figured it was just leftover from being in the shop a bit and didn’t think much of it. I drove a few minutes, and ran into a store. When I came back, I was surprised the smell was still there! I got out to check under the hood. And before I even open it… I see my engine’s oil cap sitting in my windshield wiper well. Sure enough, when I open the hood, the cap is open and oil had splashed around the hood and on the engine! Luckily I didn’t see any other damage, but I certainly will not be returning to this location once I g

Waited 40 minutes to pull my car in. After 10 minutes in, the service manager said they don’t have filter for my car and I was given the choice to go to another location or come another day. I came back few days later, I shared with them my previous experience, they checked for filter availability and got the job done. Most importantly, the manager (Walter) called in and waived my service fee (on the house). There is still hope of great customer service in this world. Well done Walter and thank you.

I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to Jiffy Lube thanks to Rami. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to clearly explain what my car needed without any pressure. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the service, and made the whole process feel easy and transparent. I hope his supervisors know what an asset he is to the team!
