Jiffy Lube

Had a routine oil change here and after my car was in the bay, they said my reverse lights weren’t working. That was surprising. I gave them the OK to check and see why they were not working. They told me they weren’t sure why and I would have to come back next week. When I returned in a week one of the workers cracked my brake/tail light trying to figure out the problem. Luckily, I went to a different mechanic. Attached are the pictures of the bottom of the car, which is where the actual reverse light housing sits. It is under a plastic cover. He told me that the housing had been unplugged! The housing is below the plastic cover. The housing is a tight connection with a plastic guard. For it to be unplugged, the entire cover would’ve have to be removed and then it manually unplugged. The

Charles and his crew were very polite and attentive and got right to work on my truck. they found my differentials needed attention and were able to get me a discount on the service which I appreciated. we had a good discussion on what was required and options. I was happy with their service, price and professionalism.

Don’t go to this location - fear based sales tactics and I got my tires rotated and they didn’t even fill them. The guy at checkout was an angel, too bad he isn’t the one doing the work. Skip this one. (Photo is me the next morning bc they were carless)

This shop and all of their employees deserve some sort of raise or promotion immediately. I called about half an hour before close, and they got me in and out ASAP. Full oil change, break fluid and pads, and battery replacement, in just over an hour. Amazing people working here, definitely give them your business. Shoutout to Hugo, Nathan, Jonah, Daniela, and Anthony.

Let’s start with the staff. Just amazing. I wouldn’t go to any other place. Thank you guys for all you do while doing it with a smile. The service is amazing. These guys are always looking for the best interest for me and my vehicle. Thank you so so much.
