Jiffy Lube

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube #1260 in Bonita Springs. The staff was courteous and professional. They checked my tire pressure and even washed my windows. I watched them from the waiting area and was so impressed with the quality of service. I highly recommend this business.

This was the worst experience I ever had. I called ahead of time and asked how much an oil change would be with the cheapest oil because I was turning in the car in a couple of months. He told me it would be around $54.00. When I got there he said it would be over $100. The reason why was because he didn’t know what kind of car I had. I have a Honda HRV. He threatened to call the police on me because I told him I was going to report him to the BBB. At that point I went to Jiffy Lube in Ft. Meyers and pulled right in and they used a synthetic blend oil and checked everything else and charged me $51.99 plus tax. Two of the nicest guys ever helping an 81 year old woman.

I came here on New Year’s Day and was able to get an oil change. My tires were below tire pressure, and they were able to put air in them. Overall, it was a great experience.

I just want to give a shout to the new staff of Jiffy Lube in Bonita Springs Florida and Tony the nice Manager had serviced my Massey Truck always friendly and professional smooth and quick service plus a free slice of pizza for me from Tony thank you Jiffy 💯referring this oil change place till next time 👍🇺🇸
