Jiffy Lube

This place was surprisingly AWESOME w awesome employees! I went on a Saturday noonish. 11/22/25. I was treated with respect & kindness. (I am a women waiting to be taken advantage of w mechanics 😬! -I told them I lost my job, nothing extra, please. They not only changed the oil, as I was able to watch them, they scrubbed my outside windows & somehow made my car sparkle! I got to use my coupon, $10. OFF. I was there for less than 30 mins! So pleased.

I wrote one and its gone. You messed my van up and tried to not take responsibility. This location will pay for the repair needed on my van. They stripped out the oil plug then tried to blame it on the last place I took it. I am now leaking oil and wasnt before. While trying to get the information i needed about the damage the manager Robert tried throwing me off of the lot. He continued to change the story of how he found out it was stripped. Also lied about checking my oil level to make sure the van was safe to drive off of the lot. He had me and my family surrounded by a group of men in a threatening manner asking me "what seems to be the problem here". I was there with my wife and three children 2, 3 and 18 years old. Im going to continue to contact the complaint line and the vp until

I had the best experience at this location. The service was prompt and courteous. The team performed a thorough oil change and made recommendations. Demonte even noticed I was missing a brake light as I pulled off. This will be my new go-to location. Thank you.

I had a second great experience at Jiffy Lube in Cockeysville! The staff are consistently polite, informative, friendly and professional. I especially appreciated how the manager and staff members took the time to explain what they were doing and my options. I ultimately made additional purchases and my car is running so much better.

drove up for a simple oil change man told me they couldn’t i asked why & i asked him what the key issue was so that i could call another location to make sure they could he rolled his eyes & man what then proceeded to slam my hood shut & walk away talking about me under his breath …. next jiffy live told me he was wrong & had no idea why he saiid i need what he was looking for
