Jiffy Lube

I just got my car back from the garage following an oil change from Jiffy Lube in Concord. When they did the oil change they cross-threaded the oil plug and now I just had to have a whole new oil pan replaced because of the damage done. I do not understand how a mechanic can do such a thing and not notice or tell the customer that they have done damage to their vehicle I called and talked to somebody yesterday and let them know what happened and they didn't seem too interested. In fact the man that answered simply said thank you and hung up on me. That was the one and only time I will ever use Jiffy Lube. I do not understand how places like this even stay in business. Thanks for costing me money that I didn't have to spend in the first place because the ship shod workmanship.

Tried to upscale me on synthetic oil on a 2013 vehicle I've always used regular oil elsewhere. Just thought I would try them since I was near their location. Not again.

My experience at this place was positive! Very nice people, very professional and efficient! I was pleased with service they provided me!

Awesome place. The manager Justin was incredible when explaining the process of inspection and showing me how my remote start worked. He didn’t have to do that but did anyway. I went to tip for the service because it was above and beyond and he humbly declined and told me I owe him my next oil change…uh yeah you bet dude, I’ll be back. Jiffy lube found a gem and should hold on tight. Thanks again.
