Jiffy Lube

Had oil change on daughter’s car on 2/16 and on Friday ( less than 5 days later) noticed an oil leak that was not there before . We checked to see what was going on and saw that they did not put the drain plug back in all the way resulting in her oil leaking out. Lost a qrt of oil from this and luckily it did not come out all the way while she was driving potentially causing damage to the engine. Never had problems before at this location , but this time there was. For over $100 dollars on oil change, need to do better and make sure everything is done correctly.

This place is always a great place to go in the morning for quick And kind service. The process is very easy and you get to pay from your car without even getting out. They check In with you during the process to make sure you’re aware of things. Great job again! They also Offer some free services throughout the year if you’re a normal oil change Customer.

Super fast, super easy. The team here is kind and considerate, and don’t push hard to try and sell you things like other places I’ve been before. They’re also very detail oriented- one of the gentlemen helping me noticed my plate on the bottom of my car wasn’t completely put back and communicated with his team to square everything away. Grateful for them and would come back again

Love getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube, its always super quick and easy. The employees are friendly and helpful. This trip they also changed my coolant which I've been needing to get done.

Anthony and Elijah were fantastic with helping me out and getting me in and out with my oil change. I applaud there excellent customer service and attention to detail when telling me about other issues with my vehicle. They actually make me feel like a valued customer.
