I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The service was quick, easy, and very professional. Everyone there was kind and friendly, creating a really positive atmosphere. They took the time to check my car, run a diagnostic, and clearly explain everything to me so I understood what was going on. A big shoutout to the manager, Mazi — he was incredibly helpful and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!

I came in to have my 4runner's fluids exchanged (transfer case, differentials and rad drain & fill)! I may get the name of the tech wrong but I think it was Tristin. In any event, the work was thorough and not as time consuming as it would've been had I gone to the dealer. I will be back for my spark plugs and cabin filter replacements! Tristen(?) is an excellent employee; very personable which is missing in many service industries! Keep and appreciate Him!!!

Apollo Johnson was amazing and very knowledgeable with my vehicle, he recommeneded vital services that I didn't know I needed to keep my car running extra smooth. Apollo was super respectful of my time as well by keeping me up to date on what needs to be done, and he did multiple services in less than 3 hours highly recommend.

Out of all the Jiffy Lube’s and dealerships I’ve patronized, the Floral Park location has really impressed me. Apollos was the consummate professional through and through. While my vehicle was being serviced, I had the opportunity to observe Apollos and his team operate and you can tell that not only is Apollos extremely knowledgeable, his team respects him as a true leader. The shop was extremely busy when I arrived but my vehicle was serviced timely! I will definitely recommend this location and continue to service my vehicle here!
