Jiffy Lube

Oil change. I travel 3 states for work and drive a ton. I came to this jiffy lube thinking it was going to be same ol experience and wait.. I was wrong!! they were quick and easy great service! They did exactly what I wanted, nothing extra. Didn't even have to leave my vehicle.

I would originally give this location, one star, however the manager was kind enough to refund me my money and re-attempt headlight restoration for a second time. However, even after his second attempt, the coating on my headlights are still peeling. At this point, I guess I have to get new headlight covers. Attached below I have pictures of each time I went to go get my headlights restored and what happened a week after it was restored. My other issue with this was when I went back for my first time to let him know that the coating was peeling off. The manager was understanding and attempted to resolve the problem. However, the other crew members were overheard saying with a nasty attitude, “just let her know this is the last time we can do it. At some point some headlights just can’t be

WOW! My visit today was amazing! From Cordarius greeting me to Brentlee reviewing my needs, I felt so well taken care of. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. There was such a high level of professionalism shared among the team of employees! I will be back! Thanks guys!

Had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was quick and efficient. I stopped in just before heading to work and they got me in and out fast enough that I still made it on time. Everything was explained clearly and the service was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back.
