Professional and courteous. I watched how they treated other customers and they were polite to everyone. Worked efficiently on my vehicle. Justin was the service technician and he was through and great. Josh worked the front desk and kept me posted. Randy Watkins keeps everything moving with precision team work. It was my first time in and I will be back.

Scheduled an appointment online and took my car in today. The issue was a check engine light sticking and flashing at times. (The company website states that Meineke offers services for those specific issues.) Gave them the history that I recently had the engine replaced, but have been getting multiple misfires codes with spark plugs replaced and a new ignition coil put in. After checking with the technician, the front desk person got my key fob to drive my car into the bay to get it checked it out. He stepped outside, opened the door to my car, looked at something, did U-turn and came back to tell my husband and me that "they just don't do that kind of deep diagnostics." It was like all of sudden he had a change of heart and proceeded to recommend another local mechanic. I never said anot

I took my car to Meineke today for new tires. The front desk staff were great, especially James, who was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the employee who drove my car to or from the back took most of the coins from my cup holder. I had placed old receipts over the change so it wouldn’t be noticeable, but the receipts were moved and most of my money was gone especially the quarters. I reported this to James. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. I would advise customers not to leave anything of value in their vehicle, even loose change, because there’s a risk it may be taken. There’s no telling how many other customers may have experienced the same thing.

I had a mixed experience here. My original service rep and the manager were both great, which is the main reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, when it came time to explain what was wrong with my truck, my original rep had been pulled to help in the garage and another employee stepped in. That interaction completely changed the experience. He acted like my questions were an inconvenience and seemed frustrated because he didn’t fully understand the issue with my truck. After spending nearly two hours there with my 2-year-old, I ended up going home and fixing the problem myself in about five minutes. I showed up an hour before my scheduled oil change and left at about 12:20, so it wasn’t too bad a wait. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about my car, and you also get points so you could get a free oil change or tire rotation, an overall great experience. I will certainly recommend it to family and friends.
