I came in because I had a nail in my tire and needed it replaced. John was amazing and very understanding from the moment I arrived. The service was extremely quick, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and professional, and I felt confident my car was in good hands. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this location.

I was driving into Jackson for work and my truck started smoking about an hour outside of town. Mr. John told me to bring it in even though it was late in the afternoon. He and his staff did an thorough inspection and found it was an oil blowback; they assured me nothing was wrong and everything was fine. Their customer service was some of the best I’ve ever received, and I’m still very grateful of the reassurance they provided while I was traveling. I would highly recommend Mr. John and the staff here!

Had a great experience at Mavis tire and auto in flowood. The staff was fantastic! Had a truck repair done after a accident. They replaced my front tie rod ends and did a front end alinement. DO NOT USE THE BUSINESS FOR ANY SERVICE. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR!!!! I took my 2018 Honda Accord to get new tires in September. While there they said I needed new brakes and struts. I said okay, as long as it is safe. I SHOOK THE MANAGERS HAND AND SAID AS LONG AS ITS SAFE IM FINE WITH IT. HE SHOOK MY HAND AND SAID YES SIR. As I work out of town, I told them the work had to be done over the weekend. He said no problem. As they had to order the struts, I had to bring my car back in when I got back in town, about 10 days. Work had to done on the over the weekend again. The manager stated that's fine, but he'd have to run it over to the Brandon location because he didn't have a mechanic there who could do the work. I said fine, as long as the vehicle is safe, that's all I really care about.

They where super welcoming. Their customer service is top-notch, and they always go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly and that your comfortable. The quality of their products/services is outstanding, and I always feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend!
