Amazing service! I was in a desperate need of oil change a day before Christmas. Luis and George were nice enough to accommodate me even though I arrived after last call

Do not go to this location. Fluids not checked or topped off. Tire pressures were not checked or inflated. I wanted synthetic service and was forced to buy synthetic EURO. I’m not sure if they spilled oil because now my car is smoking!

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Edit note: the area manager looked into what happened and determined correctly that his employees caused the damage. He fully reimbursed me for the replacement of my radiator. That is why I changed it to 2 stars (it was 1). Customer service at the shop was trash though. Unbelievably bad. Won't be back. All items on Service Checklist were noted as complete, when in fact they were not complete. Quick oil and oil filter change. Price was reasonable with coupon. Need to take more attention to detail/quality VS efficiency and speed.
