I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube and had an awesome experience—everything went perfectly, and I have to give a special shout-out to the General Manager, Aaron. Aaron made the wait completely enjoyable. He introduced himself, and kept me engaged the whole time—chatting with me, explaining the process, and answering all my questions with a friendly smile. The team was professional, the work was spot-on, and Aaron’s personal touch turned a regular errand into a great experience. He clearly leads by example and knows how to make customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be back.

Both gentlemen were very helpful and informative. The gentleman with the long beard (I'm sorry I forgot your name 🤦🏼‍♀😥) Helped me ALOT with information about my vehicle. I had just purchased it used, and knew very little about the key fob. He filled me in on how to change the battery when I asked where can I get it changed. I was able to change it myself and even fix the push to start button! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 100 /100 💯💯💯💯💯💯😊

Experience was great. The guy at the counter (sorry, I don't remember his name) was extremely helpful and gave me the best deal he could. Very pleasant to deal with.

I just had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Greensburg, and the entire experience was outstanding. They got me in right away, the waiting room was spotless and even had cold bottled water available. The manager was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond—he recommended an engine flush that completely eliminated a noise I’d been hearing, potentially saving me from future engine issues. They changed my oil, topped off all the fluids, and made sure my tire pressure was perfect before I left. Fast, professional, and courteous—this team truly deserves 10 stars! Highly recommend this location!

This place has damaged all realationship I even had with no just this location, but all locations. A while ago I wanted oil change and tire rotation. The "machanic" refused to rotate my tires. Then proceeded to tell me my car is awd and a completely different model. When I said he was wrong. He said I have a certification you dont. When I said I know car and he could not even tell the difference from awd and fwd, he threatened me and my family that he knows my address.. I will never go to and jiffy lube ever.
