I don't always need an oil change, but when I do, I prefer the one that lets me spend more time grilling and less time chilling in a waiting room! Let me tell you, stepping into the Jiffy Lube on Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greer, South Carolina, is less like a mundane maintenance chore and more like hitting the fast-forward button on your Saturday to-do list! My rugged off-road machine, Tank (yeah, my Toyota 4Runner is a legend, trust me), was due for a dose of synthetic magic. Had 3 different cars serviced in the last month. Stayed in the car, which I find most comfortable. Staff is friendly and considerate! Dylan helped me on two occasions, and Aaron did the last. The pricing is reasonable, but a $20 off coupon made it that way. Without coupon, I may consider other options of getting my oil change. Your filters are way too expensive! Good experience!

The Greer Jiffy Lube is where I go for oil changes on my “fleet” of cars (mine & 2 teenage drivers) haha! These folks are ALWAYS amazing, quick, thorough, understanding of my time/money & of course the coupons are always very helpful. Sometimes I stay in the car (super convenient!) but other times (especially if I have other questions/issues) I wait in the waiting area which is super comfortable!

The technicians were very polite and respectful while my 9 month old twin daughters were sleeping in the back While they were servicing my car. They had excellent customer service. The only things that went wrong was they broke of my parts to my Vehicle that cost around $100-$150. Engine splash/protector for my 2025 Honda HR-V. After my service, I was driving on the highway, and I heard scraping noises along side of the road, and I checked, and the whole protector was completely bent and damaged, and I took it back to Jiffy Lube that was closest to me at the time and they told me they just had to take it off Because they couldn’t fix it.

My elderly mother is having me post this review because her service was so great. Aaron, Alejandro, Dylan, Cameron, Cleto, Melanie, Wick, and Mike went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Thanks guys!! Much appreciated for the care you showed to my mom!
