Jiffy Lube

being a woman, i tend to have a hard time finding places that do oil changes who don't try to screw me over because I might not "know" a lot about cars. the gentlemen here at jiffy lube really helped me today. I just recently bought a new car and I thought I needed an oil change and Ryan checked everything for me, and come to find out i didnt need one at all! he was very knowledgeable and told me about oil produced in newer cars nowadays, I went from a 2004 car to a 2019. the guys cleaned my windshield and refilled my tires entirely for free. if there's anyone to trust in Jacksonville with your car, it's jiffy!!

I needed a tire rotation and they were so helpful!! I will definitely be a regular!!

We went here on July 12th, 2021. We got a oil change, one new windshield wiper and vacuum and windows washed and fluids checked . The service was fast and polite however my one complaint was an extra $5 -$10 for the window wash and vacuum and it didn't look like it had been done ( pictures attached) . This took all of maybe ten minutes and the price was $71.34 total . There was no wait to get in and no masks required .

Great service and clean establishment

My husband and I got our oil changed in both our vehicles. Staff was friendly and facility very clean. Service was extremely efficient. They also called us because our son forgot his coat hanging in the bathroom. They kept it safe and clean until we were able to pick it up the next day. Prices were a little higher than other facilities in the surrounding area, but very pleased with their customer service.
