Ren was absolutely amazing. I went in for an oil change, and was helped immediately. She informed me of everything she was planning on doing, anything I might want to get done, and explained it in a way I understood since I’m not well-versed in car issues. I left very impressed with the customer service!

This team is AWESOME! They were so kind and told me what services my car could greatly benefit from without pressuring me to get them. They didn't even judge the duct tape holding some parts together :) They also gave me a discount without asking for a coupon. Within 30 minutes of driving up to the lot, my 2008 Subaru had an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, air filter replacement, a receipt for services, and a happy camper driving him home. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a great first time experience. Everything was explained well and I was shown the wear before replacement. They found discounts to help make it affordable. I feel like they cared about their work and Keenan was amazing in his customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good value.

This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube. The staff was quite friendly and polite. The service I needed and the cost was explained thoroughly before starting work and they did a good job. It did seem like they were a little bit slow. Like everything else these days it was expensive. Probably not entirely their fault.

Alex and Kennan were amazing and so helpful! I went in and ended up needing more than I had initially thought done with my car. I never felt pressured to get services done there, and was given and even shown explanation of my car. They supported me amazingly from the time I walked in until when I left, and even when having difficulty getting parts for my car worked hard to get them there for me asap. Very grateful for the honest, thorough, kind work done.
