Ordered a part two weeks ago. Was told I would receive a phone call within 24 hours so I could come pick up my part. Never received a call. Went in two weeks later to get my part (more than enough time to contact me or even just apologize for not contacting me). Instead I was met by very blunt, rude, and uncaring employees. I won’t be ordering another part from this store or company. I’m sure both myself and this company will be the happier for that.

Stopped by today to get new windshield wipers. Michael was amazing! He offered to install them, cleaned my very dirty windshield and even applied some RainX. I could have installed them my self but greatly appreciated his customer service!

NAPA became my go-to parts store for my truck after a few bad experiences with other competitors. Sadly this location has been nothing but bad experiences lately. Multiple staff members have been rude and answered simple questions in condescending ways. The final straw for me was when I went in to pick up a gasket, and saw that the part number was different from what I was seeing on the website. The staff member rudely insisted it was the correct part and basically dismissed me before charging me almost double the price I was expecting. When installing the part it became clear that it was in actuality the incorrect part and I was now unable to return it. This store is in a convenient location but I would try and avoid doing business with them at all costs.

I had to come in and get some new windshield wipers - Michael was incredibly kind and helpful! He even helped me put them on (which I had no idea how to do). The store was clean and everyone was kind, definitely will be back!

Michael ordered a license plate holder for me that arrived the next day, and he installed it, as well! Exactly what I needed. Will return for future needs.
