Jiffy Lube

I ALWAYS do my own oil changes, however my new car was not allowing me to. Spent countless hours trying to open oil plug drain and oil filter.was completely stripped and was fed up. Took here, 20 minutes later all finished....thank u to the man who worked on the Autism awareness car...

These guys are professional, courteous and the service was prompt. Most importantly, they knew right away which blend my car needed (hint GM issued bulletin that changes the required oil for ZL1 and not all mechanics seem to be aware), and that's a relief.

I went to Jiffy Lube on Friday the January 1st in the afternoon. to get a help with an oil link and Unfortunately, the manager, Patrick, was extremely rude I have never seen anybody in his position so disrespectful. Not only is he rude to customers he rude to his team and that's ridiculous. I recently had an oil change and for someone reason oil was leaking. I was too scared to drive back to where the service was rendered. So I came to jiffy lube as I have used them for years. He was so dismissive when I tried to explain the issue and cut me off in mid conversation. I sat there 45 minutes and no service was done. He went from 135.00-215.00 for an oil change. I stated that I had just had the oil change 3 days ago. Can you catch the oil and replace the plug? His answer was I can back it ou

I went in for Oil change and they took care of me and I was done in less than 20 minutes. Also, under my car, the plastic engine cover was lose due to driving over a tire in the middle of the highway and they fixed that for me without even asking for it. The staff are great. I don’t care personally for people smiling and talking about the weather, but I care for actions that can speak louder than words, just like this action above. I am very pleased with their service and that’s why I always go back there. They also, filled the tires with air, and wash fluid. Thank you guys for the good work

they got the oil changed and had friendly employees (except for one) my first time at this place, i walked in waiting to give my vehicle information, an employee came out of the bathroom and asked me what i wanted? i told him i was there for an oil change, he said go sit down. i needed the oil change i wasn’t going to argue. once they were finished i waited again for someone to cash me out. all of the employees were in the bay talking. one customer even left because the service was slow. after about almost 10 minutes i went to the group of men and asked to be cashed out. paid and went to my car finding it had been running all that time….. on my way home my change oil notification came on again. i got home and checked my oil, they did change it but didn’t cancel out the notification.
